Light Chocolate Muffins

Organizing is extremely invigorating to me.

My baking supplies, schoolwork, and photography props? Yep. They're all perfectly put in their places in this too small room.

And I am very much invigorated. #FridayNightFunNight

Now the only challenge that remains is keeping them in those places.

Guys, I go out and have fun. And I love spending time with friends.

And I also love organizing. Oh, and baking.

Baking muffins.

And I hope you do too :)

Ingredients

1 cup peanut butter (I used crunchy, but creamy will certainly work)

2 mashed bananas

2 eggs

1 t vanilla extract

1/2 t baking soda

2 T unsweetened cocoa powder

Directions

Preheat oven to 400° F. Mix everything together in a large bowl. The more mixed you can get it, the better. (It's an arm workout!!) Distribute batter evenly into greased or nonstick muffin tins. Bake for 15 minutes. This recipe makes 9 medium sized muffins.

Have a restful Saturday with these muffins --you deserve it!

((((Maybe even throw in some rejuvenating organizing? So tempting...))))
