A Tribute to PB & 3 Ingredient PB Cookies

I feel it only appropriate I devote this entire post to peanut butter. With that said...

As you hopefully know, yesterday (January 24) was NATIONAL PEANUT BUTTER DAY. While I was knee-deep in pb, per usual, today my friend Katie and I actually decided to honor this wonderful holiday (yes, no shame in calling it so) by whipping up a batch of 3 ingredient PB cookies.

This is one of those recipes that we all just need to have on hand. It is so versatile as you can add cocoa powder, chocolate chips, banana, even apple to the mix.

When you have an insatiable, demanding, intense, uncontrollable, ravenous, urgent craving for peanut butter (read: always), you're gonna want to throw these together reeaaaal quick. And have a couple a couple hundred.
