Pumpkin Pie in a Cup

How many times have you come across the word "pumpkin" this week? My friends, it is officially fall.

To celebrate the start of the weekend, I treated myself to a Healthy Pumpkin Pie Shake. This recipe is so simple and convenient. Don't let the word "healthy" make you turn your nose up. It is all the more flavorful and indulgent knowing that there will be no guilt following. So break out your blenders and get healthy with this scrumptious pumpkin shake!

2 tbsp pumpkin puree
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
A few dashes of pumpkin pie spice
A few dashes of ground cinnamon
A couple ice cubes
1 packet Truvia
1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Blend everything, except the cinnamon, together. Transfer to a cup and top with cinnamon. You could even add fat free whipped cream if you're feeling audacious! :)
