Super salads

The first salad pictured is from last night. In it, I put mixed greens, quinoa, shrimp, flax seeds, carrots, light honey mustard dressing, feta, almonds, cucumbers, and black beans.

Second pictured is my dinner salad from tonight. Included: romaine lettuce, almonds, cottage cheese, flax seeds,sunflower seeds, crackers, carrots, cannelloni beans and shrimp.
