Hello, happy Saturday to all:) I am currently at a swim meet, so I'm pretty bored. I decided to update you all on my past two days. Last night I was craving chocolate BIG time! Whenever the cocoa monster comes to visit me, I try to find healthy microwaveable brownies on Pinterest. I've tried a couple of them, but none ever hit the spot without a bunch of guilt to follow. So I just made my own recipe, throwing in whatever sounded reasonable. In it, I had:
3 tbsp wheat flour
1/2 banana
About 1/2 cup of water
1 tsp brown sugar
2 tsp cocoa powder
1 packet of truvia
I also added some dark chocolate chips and walnuts for a crunch. Toss it in the microwave for a couple of minutes and enjoy:)
My life the past 2 days has been swim meets. From 7:00 yesterday morning until right now, I have been out in the sun. I absolutely regret not using enough sunscreen yesterday, I was red as a beet. I learned my lesson and have been applying every 5 minutes (kidding). Anyway I bought a salad and an apple from the snack bar for an early lunch and at this point I'm just ready to go home. I'm going grocery shopping later today with my mom, so I'm very eager to finish my last race
